Recessed Grill Exterior Carpet

Recessed Exterior Carpet Grills are Aluminum High Traffic Grills, that lay flush with the surrounding floor. This grill not only helps remove debris, but dries the soles of incoming traffic, helping to avoid unnecessary slippage.

This solution is a heavy duty carpet mixed with metal bristles, it will out last the traditional carpet grills, while doing a better job of removing debris from incoming traffic. They are manufactured with I-beams for added strength and cushions to deaden sound.

Commonly placed by contractors and replaced by maintenance or management, this grill can be ordered as a replacement with an existing frame, or a whole new system with a frame and pan. 

Available in depts. of 1.54" and 1.75".  (1.75" available in varying colors).

Tread spacing 1.5".

Rolling Load of 1.54" is 300 lbs. (per wheel).  Rolling Load of 1.75" is 1000lbs. (per wheel).

All Recessed Grills are custom manufactured to the size required. Surface mount frames are also custom and available.
